Then take a look at the individual sessions that I offer below.

When you’re ready you can book block sessions.

You can even bring a friend or two to come along with you.


Individual Session Options

  • 30 minutes
  • 45 minutes
  • 1 hour
  • blocks of 5, 8 or 10 sessions (30min, 45min or 1 hour)

These sessions can focus on whatever your focus is for example:

  • Running technique and efficiency,
  • Dynamic and static stretching,
  • Speed work – intervals, fartlek, tempo, hill reps etc
  • Strength exercises – HITT, weights, leg and core exercises
  • Recovery and mobility exercises
  • Or a combination of areas
