Then take a look at the individual sessions that I offer below.

When you’re ready you can book block sessions.

You can even bring a friend or two to come along with you.

Individual Session Options

  • 30 minutes
  • 1 hour
  • blocks of 5, 8 or 10 sessions (30min or 1 hour)

These sessions will focus on warm ups, running technique and posture, dynamic stretching, mental strategies plus more if blocked booked.

Speed Work Session – 45 minutes

These sessions will involve a variety of speed drills, hill repetitions, interval training and tempo runs.

Strength and Conditioning with Foam Rolling session – 30 minutes

These sessions will help you to build core and leg strength, help prevent injury and build on times whilst using foam rolling to massage those hard working legs.
