When you’re ready you can book block sessions.
You can even bring a friend or two to come along with you.
Individual Session Options
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 1 hour
- blocks of 5, 8 or 10 sessions (30min, 45min or 1 hour)
These sessions can focus on whatever your focus is for example:
- Running technique and efficiency,
- Dynamic and static stretching,
- Speed work – intervals, fartlek, tempo, hill reps etc
- Strength exercises – HITT, weights, leg and core exercises
- Recovery and mobility exercises
- Or a combination of areas
