Great and very personable coach. Provided me with the training to improve my running style to maximise efficiency and minimise injuries and a plan to get me to where I would like to be. Three months in we are well ahead of schedule. Price wise it feels reasonable and definitely worth the money- have seen real and substantial improvement by getting a pro to plan my training.
