They are designed to introduce you into running for fitness, promote a healthy diet and give you the motivation to improve your quality of life.

Run for Fitness Package

  • 2 x 30minute sessions per week for 6 weeks.
  • Session includes running and introduction to core strengthening.
  • Email and/or telephone support during and for 6 weeks after.

Run for Lifestyle Package

  • 1 x 30 minute running and core strengthening session per week for 6 weeks.
  • 1 x 60 minute running and nutrition, diet and lifestyle session per week for 6 weeks.
  • Email and/or telephone support during and for 6 weeks after.
