Alex’s support proved invaluable, giving me confidence, improving my technique, sharing knowledge to help get my fuelling right and prompting me to consider the importance of my diet in the days leading up to races. I successfully completed the marathon not only in a time I was proud of but strong, injury free, confident and was recovered and back to work the following day.
