    Warrington Way Ultra completed this morning. 40miles and 4th place. Happy with that with a lack of decent training and not feeling great for a few days.
    The lights are on. Speed, agility and fitness sessions with a young footballer, netballer and rugby player this evening.
    Huge well done to Diane for completing the London Marathon a few weeks ago and thanks you for your kind words.
    “Inspired to keep running” is all I like to hear.
