All services are flexible and personalised to suit you.
I also can work one to one with children – I have helped a young rugby player get quicker, a young athlete improve her technique and run faster and a young cross country athlete run more efficiently. Plus many more
Here are the services offered:
- 5k Package – 6 x 1 hour sessions (weekly or fortnightly)
- 10k Package – 8 x 1 hour sessions (weekly or fortnightly)
- Half Marathon Package – 14 x 1 hour sessions (weekly or fortnightly)
- Marathon Package 16 x 1 hour sessions (weekly or fortnightly).
Race packages are designed to suit your needs, time and financial wise. For example, you could take a 10k package to complete a Half Marathon race, where we spread the sessions over a longer period of time.
